Extension of bid closing date
We have invited interested and eligible international consultants to submit their proposal for Bole Printing Enterprise Management Service till January 20, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
However, we would like to inform that the bid submission date is extended to February 6, 2017 at 2:00 pm. The bid shall be opened on the same date at 3:00 pm at commercial Nominees Meeting Hall.

1. OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The company (Commercial Nominees Plc) has intends to outsource the management service of Bole Printing Enterprise for consultants which have international experience on commercial and security printing service.
Therefore, the general objective is to manage the Enterprise for a period of two years conducting a detailed feasibility study and preparing strategy document to implement the feasibility study.
2. SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT
The Consulting firm is expected to managing overall operation of the existing printing press and conduct feasibility study with in the contract period of two years.
3. REQUIREMENT
· Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate for local consultants who have partnership with international company.
· Currently Renewed Consultancy Service License (for both Local and Foreign Consultants)
· International experience on commercial in printing service
· Adequate and Experienced Personnel
Interested and eligible Consultants could collect the hard copy of bid document up on payment of ETB 100.00 or down load the soft copy from the company website and submit their sealed & separate technical and financial document in a Tender box located on the address indicated below until January 20, 2017 at 2:00pm. Bid Bond Birr 20,000.00 in a form of CPO shall be issued with the bid document.
The Bid will be opened on January 20, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Commercial Nominees Meeting Hall.
